Another e-mail scam is making the rounds, and this time the scammers are warning potential victims against cyber hackers.

First Niagara Bank says that some of its customers have been contacted by an unauthorized group that is requesting that customers update their online accounts for protection.

The company says that the messages look authentic but are not being originated by First Niagara.

They are asking anyone who believes that he or she may have received such a message to give them a call.

Their customer service number is: (800) 421.0004.
