Want Buffalo Bills Tickets? Bring a Shovel.
The resolve of Buffalo Bills fans is about to face a test.
In the aftermath of Mother Nature’s dumping of multiple feet of snow on the Buffalo area the city is attempting to get back to business as normal. That includes the city’s football team, which has to literally dig itself out in time for a planned Sunday game against the New York Jets.
One possible solution, officials believe, is enlisting help from the public. The Buffalo Bills will pay volunteers ten dollars an hour and tickets to a Buffalo Bills game if they can help remove the 220 tons of snow under which Ralph Wilson Stadium is buried.
In the meantime another round of snow is on the way.
Those from other parts of the state may need help just getting to the stadium. The New York State Thruway remains closed from Exit 46 to 61 until further notice.
Anyone who is interested in helping the Bills dig out can call: (716) 636.4840.
